If Your Circumstance is an Emergency Dial 911.

Following in the footsteps of its predecessor, the #Metoo movement which calls out sexual harassment,
the Citizen to Citizen (#C2C) public safety reporting is a social media hashing movement that focuses on those damaged by the following
societal abuse epidemics:

• Domestic Violence,
• Elder Abuse,
• Child Abuse and
• White-collar crime (fraud),

Events that also require vigilante public safety reporting include the following:

• Heroin epidemic,
• Human Trafficking epidemic,
• Terrorism epidemic,
• Mass-shooting epidemic.

What is the common denominator in these core societal plagues? That would be the abuser, and far more often than not the abusers inherit underlying pathilogical DSM-5 “Cluster B” traits.

To learn more about DSM-5 “Cluster B” traits watch the videos HERE.

Additionally, the #C2C technology includes a preemptive, or as necessary, a post damage remedy consisting of educational and technical components to forewarn
potential or current victims by identifying some of the key source problems - those being maladjusted societal personality traits. Ingrained abuse traits that cause extreme hardships that often damage unsuspecting victims for the rest of their lives. Whenever possible a person needs to be preemptive. Learn the signs listed below beforehand and watch the online videos. If the damage is currently ongoing or has already occurred\ then warn others, this is the premise of Citizen to Citizen; #C2C public safety reporting.

Common abuser
traits include the
following insidious
control tactics:
• Isolation,
• Fear,
• Intimation,
• Bullying,
• Undue Influence,
• Blame-shifting,
• Gas-lighting,
• Grooming,
• Oppression,
• Guilt,
• Lying,
• Fraud,
• Minimization,
• Collusion and
• Cover-ups.

When caught red-handed abusers may even
apologies with empty words and false promises
to stop, however if they do not face significant
consequence you can be certain the abuse
will return. This is known as the cycle of abuse.

The #C2C Movement is about civic virtue, vigilance, altruism

—looking out for one another in essence. Training oneself and warning others of the pathological traits in abusive persons. Traits historically referred to as the 7 sins now scientifically labelled as Cluster B personality disorders under the DSM-5; The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders. The Cluster B abuse disorders are characterized by persons whom inflict physical or emotional and/or financial damages to others. Typically, persons they know. These persons are controlling, intimidating, manipulative, and exploitative. These behaviors are insidious meaning they happen gradually over time, escalate and often follow a repeating cycle. When these abuser’s traits rise to the pathological level the abuse escalates to dangerous levels. These persons are a public safety risk; capable of inflicting lifelong damages to friends and family whom naively trusted them. The Cluster B traits include antisocial personality disorder, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, histrionic personality disorder, narcissistic personality disorder and psychopathy which has recently been categorized as variation of antisocial disorder. Some psychologists label the comorbid grouping of these various traits evident in one person as a Dark Triad; excessive pathological character traits of narcissism, machiavellianism and psychopathy all rolled into one volatile individual.
